Belinda Schuster, CCIM is founder of Northwest Indiana Commercial Real Estate. She is an established professional Commercial Real Estate Broker, investment sales consultant and CCIM designee. Her twelve years experience in property types: retail, industrial, office, and medical and vacant land development gives her a breadth of knowledge.

Belinda earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation recognized in the commercial real estate industry as CCIM. CCIMs are those who have mastered both in practice and theories on the value of money, measuring investment performance, market and site location analyses.

Belinda has become skilled at every aspect of commercial real estate transactional, acquisition, disposition and development processes.
