El Salto Mexican Restaurant

The Mendoza family opened up the very first El Salto Mexican Restaurant in Valparaiso Indiana. El Salto was created to serve customers fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine in a cultured, festive and inviting atmosphere. Since then, brother, Robert and Rosendo Mendoza have opened four more El Salto locations including: Chesterton, Munster, Merrillville and their newest addition in Portage, Indiana.
